When you order products from SAINT-GERMIN you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and simply superb right to your store. Please review the information below for our shipping policies.
Please check all addresses carefully. SAINT-GERMAIN can only guarantees delivery to the addresses that you have provided us with. If our carrier is unable to deliver the shipment it will be returned to our fulfillment center. If the shipment arrives back in good condition, we can send it to you again but we will charge you for the new shipping. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Brooklyn NY. We strive to ship your orders within 48 hours of being placed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. The shipping process for each location is as follows:

Shipping fees are computed after order is fulfill and maybe arranged in several boxes to insure no breakage during transportation. Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and will arrive within 5 - 10 business days. If UPS requires a signature for delivery someone must be present to accept the delivery.
Large orders are shipped on pallets. Freight will be quoted after orders is fulfilled. If you have a preferred freight company you would like to work with please let us know.
Please note that all chocolate items, products containing chocolate and/or products sensitive to heat will not ship to warm destination or during Summer months. These items will only ship NEXT DAY (next business day), if requested at ordering time, to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality.
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

SAINT-GERMAIN takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on destination and the total number of boxes needed to insure arrival of your order in the best possible way, with no breakage or missing items.
